Room inclusions:
Rooms must be booked through the CEIG registration process and are allocated on a first-come basis. The block is expected to sell out. The group rate may be honoured one night before or after the conference dates, subject to availability.
Who can attend the conference?
The Clean Energy Investor Conference is open to professionals working across the clean energy investment ecosystem — investors, developers, advisors, government representatives and media. Attendance is capped at 300 delegates to preserve the quality of networking. Contact us if you’re unsure whether it is the right fit.
What is member vs non-member pricing?
Member pricing is available to those who are current/financial CEIG members at the time of the conference. If you would like to know more about CEIG membership and benefits please contact us.
Is the Conference Dinner included in my conference ticket?
The post-conference networking reception (5:30–7:00 PM) is included with all conference registrations. Conference registrations including a dinner ticket are available, as well as standalone individual tickets or tables of 10 via the online booking link.
What are Supporter Packs?
Supporter Packs provide 5 conference registrations in a single purchase at a discounted rate. Three configurations are available:

How do I secure accommodation at the RACV City Club?
Rooms must be booked through the CEIG registration process — they are not available via the hotel’s public website at the group rate. The block covers the conference dates at $290 per room per night and is expected to sell out.
Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?
Yes. Registrations are transferable at any time. Contact the CEIG team with updated delegate details before the final numbers deadline of 12pm Thursday 25 February 2027.
What dietary requirements can be catered for?
Please submit dietary requirements no later than 5 days prior to the event. The venue caters for all allergies, medical needs and religious dietary requirements. Lifestyle preferences may incur an additional fee. Note: the venue cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
How do I enquire about speaking?
The CEIG program committee curates speakers to reflect the most current voices in clean energy investment. To express interest or nominate a speaker, contact the CEIG team at conference@ceig.org.au.
How do I find out about sponsorship?
Contact the CEIG team or download the sponsorship prospectus. Several packages sell in advance (we recommend reaching out early).
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes. Discounted parking is available for CEIG delegates. Details and the nearest car park will be in your delegate pack. The RACV City Club is also accessible directly from Melbourne CBD via tram and public transport.
