Thank you for being part of the Clean Energy Investor Conference 2027, hosted by the Clean Energy Investor Group (CEIG). We know presenters are busy, so this page brings together everything you need in one place, what to do and by when.

About the event

The Clean Energy Investor Conference brings together investors, developers, financiers and policymakers for a full day of keynotes, panels and discussion on the deals, policy settings and capital flows shaping Australia’s clean energy transition.

Date: Thursday, 4 March 2027
Venue: RACV City Club | 501 Bourke St, Melbourne VIC 3000

Our conference team will confirm your exact slot, format (solo presentation, fireside or panel) and running time directly with you. 

As a guide all presenters are expected to be onsite no later than the break before their scheduled time slot, to allow for a short briefing and to test any necessary AV. 

Presenter registration

All presenters are required to register for the conference, even if you’re only attending for your session. This lets us capture dietary requirements, accessibility needs and any other arrangements, and makes sure you’re on the AV team’s list for the day.

Presenter registration is complimentary and includes a ticket to the VIP Welcome Reception on Wednesday, 3 March 2027 and the networking drinks and Conference Dinner on Thursday, 4 March 2027 at the conclusion on sessions.

During the registration process you will be asked to upload a high-resolution headshot and a short bio (100–150 words). These will be used to promote your involvement in the program via CEIG social media channels and in the conference app.

If anything changes after you register (dietary needs, an extra guest, accommodation, accessibility requirements), just let us know, no need to re-register you can login to your profile and update details or contact the team via conference@ceig.org.au.  

Briefing calls

In the lead-up to the conference, a member of our program team will schedule a short briefing call with you (one-on-one, or as a small group if you’re on a panel). This is your chance to align on the details before the day itself, so there are no surprises.

We’ll cover:

• Your session format, running time and where it sits in the program
• A run-through of your key talking points or draft slides
• Any AV, staging or technical requirements (video, audio, props, etc.)
• Panel-specific logistics, if applicable (moderator, other panellists, question flow)
• Any questions you have for us

We’ll reach out directly to arrange a time that suits you.

After your briefing call you will receive session notes covering the agreed approach and further discussion points.

Upload your slides / materials

Getting your presentation to us ahead of time means our AV team can have your files loaded, tested and ready to go, so there’s one less thing to think about before you present.

Before you upload:

• Set your file to widescreen (16:9 aspect ratio).
• Save it using this structure: CEIG2027_SessionName_FirstName_Surname — for example: CEIG2027_GlobalCapitalPanel_Jane_Smith.
• If your presentation includes video or audio, you can either embed it directly in the file or upload it separately using the link below, either way, please make sure we have a copy on file.

Promote your involvement

Being a presenter at CEIG 2027 is a great platform, we’d love to help promote your session, and to give you material to share with your own network too.

Please reach out if you require additional copy or graphics, the team will gladly put together additional materials to help promote your involvement and the conference. 

On the day

• Bring a backup of your presentation and any video or audio files with you on the day (USB or laptop).
• Head to the registration desk on arrival to let the event team know you’re on site.
• Check in with the AV team at least 30 minutes before your scheduled session, they’ll have your files ready, but it’s worth confirming everything looks right together.
• One of our staff hosts will introduce your session and help keep things running to time, they’ll find you beforehand to confirm your cue.
• Please note: sessions will be recorded (audio and video) for post-event content, please flag any concerns with our team at any time.
