About the event

The Clean Energy Investor Conference brings together investors, developers, financiers and policymakers for a full day of keynotes, panels and discussion on the deals, policy settings and capital flows shaping Australia’s clean energy transition.

After a sold-out 2026 conference we’re expecting similar demand in 2027. Delegates come from clean energy investment, professional services, government, advocacy, gentailing, energy infrastructure, and banking and financial services, so you’ll be in front of the audience your package was built to reach.

Registering your team

Every attendee needs to be registered to attend the event, including anyone using your complimentary registrations, additional paid seats, and any guests you’re bringing to the Gala Dinner or VIP Welcome Reception. This lets us capture dietary requirements, accessibility needs and any other arrangements, and makes sure everyone from your organisation is on our list for the day.

If you’d like to bring additional guests beyond your allocation, extra registrations and Gala Dinner tickets can be purchased via the same registration link above.

Your entitlements

Every sponsorship and supporter package includes the following as standard:

• Your logo on all conference materials (table signage, onsite signage, the conference app and, where applicable, the printed program)
• A listing (logo + link) on the official CEIG 2027 event page
• A dedicated post on the CEIG LinkedIn page
• Access to the professional event photography library for your own post-event use
• Your logo included in pre-event promotional emails to registered and prospective delegates
• Verbal recognition of your organisation during the opening and closing plenary sessions
• Access to the post-event delegate list, in line with our privacy policy
• A post-event sponsor impact report

Package-specific entitlements

Speaking or panel opportunities, on-stage recognition, branded signage, table placement and similar are set out in your signed sponsorship agreement. A few things we’ll need from you to deliver them:

• Speaking, panel or address slots (Principal, Gold, Silver): your session organiser will be in touch to confirm your slot, running time and any talking points
• On-stage or event signage (e.g. Silver Plenary banner, Bronze coffee cart branding): we’ll confirm artwork specs and deadlines with you directly 
• Gala Dinner guest gift (Gold Gala Dinner sponsor only, optional): let us know if you’d like to provide a memento for each guest (cost at your organisation’s expense) and we’ll coordinate delivery to the venue.
• Naming rights / branding assets (Bronze Connectivity — WiFi network name, app branding): we’ll reach out for your preferred network name and brand assets.

ACCESS CANVA TEMPLATE

Please reach out if you require additional copy or graphics, the team will gladly put together additional materials to help promote your involvement and the conference. 

On the day

• Head to the registration desk on arrival, our team will have your registrations and any guest passes ready.
• If your package includes on-site branding (banners, coffee cart signage, charging station branding), our event team will confirm a bump-in time with you ahead of the day 
• If you’re speaking, presenting or moderating, check in with the AV team at least 30 minutes before your scheduled session.
• Please note: sessions will be recorded (audio and video) for post-event content, please flag any concerns with our team ahead of time.
• Post event we will share the full photo gallery, which we encourage you to use to share your event experience. During the event a live link to a selection of photos will be shared to main contacts for use in real time.
• Gala Dinner: tables are allocated per your package. Table lists will be shared onsite and prior by request.
• VIP Welcome Reception (Wednesday, 3 March 2027, evening before): if your package includes tickets, details are included on your confirmation email.
